Runs in

Snow is the service that makes the name accurate. It is also the one where the list closes early. Routes are set before the season starts, because during a storm the route is the route and there is no room to add a driveway at seven in the morning.

From first text to done

  1. 1

    Sign up before the season

Get on the route in the fall. Property gets walked once so obstacles, beds and edges are known before there is snow on top of them.

  2. 2

    Storm hits the trigger

Once accumulation reaches the agreed depth, the route runs. No call needed.

  3. 3

    Cleared and stacked

Driveway, walks and steps cleared, with snow stacked clear of sight lines and drainage.

What is included

What gets cleared

  • Driveways cleared

Cleared to the pavement and stacked where it will not block the sidewalk, the mailbox or the line of sight pulling out.

  • Walkways and steps

Front walk, steps and the path to the door, which is the part that actually matters for getting out of the house.

  • Set trigger depth

Service starts automatically once accumulation hits the depth agreed at signup. You do not have to call during the storm.

  • Business entries

Storefront and office entries cleared before opening rather than whenever the residential route finishes.

  • Return visits

On long events, properties get a second pass rather than one clear at the end of a two day storm.

About snow removal

Is snow removal billed per storm or for the season?

Both options are available. Per storm suits properties that can wait out a light winter. A seasonal agreement costs the same whether it snows twice or fifteen times, which most people prefer because it makes the winter a fixed number instead of a gamble. Pick whichever fits how you budget.

What snow depth do you come out at?

The trigger depth is agreed when you sign up, and three inches is the common default for residential driveways. Commercial entries are usually set lower because a business cannot open with two inches on the walk. Whatever gets agreed is what the route runs on, so there is no judgment call during the storm.

Can I sign up in the middle of winter?

Only between storms, and only if the route has room. Once an event starts, the route is locked and there is no capacity to add stops. Getting on the list in the fall is the reliable way in, which is also why it is worth asking about snow when booking a fall cleanup.
