What areas do you cover?
Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania. That includes Fairless Hills, Levittown, Croydon, Bristol, Morrisville, Yardley, Newtown and Bensalem, plus the neighborhoods in between. Newtown and Bensalem sit at the outer edge of the area and get grouped onto shared route days to keep drive time out of the price.
How do I get a price?
Call or text (267) 665-7936. For mowing, mulch and junk removal, an address or a photo is usually enough for a number the same day. Landscaping and larger jobs get walked in person first. Estimates are free and there is no obligation attached to one.
Are you insured?
Yes. Liability insurance is carried on the business and a certificate can be provided on request, which some communities and commercial properties require before work starts.
Do you require a contract?
No long term contract is needed to start weekly or every other week mowing. Service runs on the schedule you set for the season. One time jobs like mulch, cleanups and junk removal are quoted and billed per job.
How do I pay?
Payment is due when the work is done unless other arrangements are made up front. Confirm accepted payment methods when you book, since what is accepted can change.
What happens if it rains on my service day?
Service moves to the next available day that week. Cutting saturated turf tears it up and leaves ruts, so a lawn that is too wet gets pushed rather than forced. You get a heads up when the day shifts.
Do you do work for businesses, not just homes?
Yes. Storefronts, office entries, community entrances and small commercial properties are all part of the work, including seasonal decor for entries and storefronts.
What does a new customer need to do before the first visit?
Make sure gates are unlocked or the code is shared, pets are in, and anything in the yard that should not get mowed over is picked up. If there is a sprinkler system, mark the heads. That is it.
