Half the properties we mow have a pile behind the shed that has been there two years. Old deck boards, a broken swing set, bags of who knows what. It is not a dumpster sized problem and nobody wants to rent a truck for it. That is the job this covers.

Do you take appliances or anything with refrigerant?
Standard household items and furniture are no problem. Refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners contain refrigerant and have to go to a facility that handles them, so those need to be confirmed before pickup rather than assumed. Paint, chemicals, tires and construction waste are handled differently and should be mentioned up front.
How is junk removal priced?
By how much space it takes on the trailer and how much labor it takes to load, not by the hour. A photo of the pile usually gets you a firm number without anyone driving out. Bigger cleanouts get walked and quoted on site so nothing is a surprise on the invoice.
Can this be added to my mowing visit?
Yes, and that is the cheapest way to do it. If the truck and trailer are already at the property on a scheduled day, there is no separate trip built into the price. Text before your service day and it gets added to that stop.
